What’s your next Chapter of your life book?

So here we are the 29th January, the date when New Year Resolutions have already been broken, forgotten about and maybe instead of resolutions, you have regrets. But slow down sister before you start off the new decade with regrets and self sabotage. Over 90% of the world’s population have already broken theirs, so you are not alone. So let me give you a few tips to get you off on the right foot. You have got to start small and not go from 0 to 100. OK it’s a new decade, so yes to make a change is such a positive thing. Get clarity on your change. Start journalling, as its a great way to track your progress and your moods. You also now have the ability to look back on your writing when you’re feeling not so motivated, to get you back into that high vibe mode. Tell people about your change, that way you become more accountable for your decisions. Over the next few weeks I will tell you what I plan on doing and how I do it!
